Refund Policy

Rise My Venture Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 50% of our service used. If 50% of our service used by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We can only provide you a revision of our product to enhance your experience with us.

To be eligible for our revision, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original as we have mentioned. If you used our service more than 50% then there will be no refund.

Some of our services are exempt from being revised. Perishable services such as legal services, virtual entrepreneurial lab setup and events. We also do not accept requests after 50% of our services being used by our client.

To complete your revised request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send a request to refund your amount as we have mentioned that we can only provide you revision.

Revision on a particular service (if applicable)

Once your revision is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your revision request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your revision request.

If you are approved, then your revision request will be processed, and a revised service will automatically be applied to your purchased service within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing revision (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a revision yet, first reach us at support@risemyventure.com again. Our support team will support you.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace service if they are not as per your requirement as per the mutual concern before your purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same service, send us an email at support@risemyventure.com
